Any doctors on here that could help?

if your a doctor , i have a problem, im 15 years old and i find it hard to go to the toilets, (bowles) its very painfull and stings alot, and also, if its really painful, it starts bleeding, im embarrist to go to the doctors, ive been told by a few people it might be hermroids, any things i could do to stop it without having to go to the doctors?
