My friend needs help with a boy?

my friend really likes this boy, hes her ex, but he says he still likes her, but he treats her lke crap, he says he hates her friends and wont talk to her when there around her, but he asks to meet her alone,he ignores her texts and msn, and it makes her sad, she says he is nice to her one day, then a the next :-\ she doesnt know what to do, meet with him or move on, what do you's think?x
