Is text messaging enough for a njp for adultery in the marines?

My ex's seperated husband stoled her old phone from her and sent it to my 1st sgt. Now it's just allegations but that phone has our old texts and us sending each other pictures. It has all those love texts and what I'm gonna do to her. Like hold and stuff. This guy isn't in the military. He's just pissed. I didn't even know she was married and he did investigations and found my unit.
