Should Muslims follow the example set by Jesus as well?

I know that the Qu'ran and Hadiths describe how Mohammed lived and as Muslims, are suppose to follow his examples of chaste living. Jesus was a sinless man, so in the Qu'ran does it say to live by his examples as well as you believe he is one of the greatest prophets of Allah?
