How much more healthy is it to...?

Eat the raisins, Shannon! You get iron and other minerals from them. I know you do not get too much sugar, and you are at running camp, so you will burn them off. Just eat them and don't purge them, and don't sit there and pick all the raisins out of your cereal. I told you that you have to eat a good breakfast to keep your energy up. You are not worried about how healthy it is, but how many calories, aren't you?
