What inexpensive ideas to market my new speech therapy clinic can you help me with?

I need referrals. I have sent out brochures to pediatricians, and daycare providers. I have put brochures in lobbys at dr's. offices. What else can I do that is cost effective. I am the only one in this business so far and really haven't much money to work with.
