How do you feel abt him? If u have already told him u were not having with him and he continues to talk to u that is a good sign. Ask him if he wants to hang out again. Don't let him push you, stick to your guns. There is nothing wrong with having a lil fun (2nd base), but keep it clear of your intentions so he doesn't feel as though you are teasing him. Some guys wait for the female to make contact first. Maybe he is feeling the same way, wondering if you like him. That could be the reason for not contacting you first. If when you do contact him and he has conversations with you and not blowing you off ( i'm busy, got something to do, eating, etc), it seems he may like you to me! Hope this helps, keep your chin up!
