How many more fish in my 30 gallon tank? Curious? 10 points~!!!?

I say 7 neons, odd numbers are best for aesthetic reasons. And what's wrong with the inch of fish per gallon rule? It's there for a reason... the less fish you have the healthier they'd be, especially with the mollies as they produce a LOT of waste. The platys get big, I'd have one at the most. They also produce more solid waste than any fish I've had, except for Jack Dempsey cichlids which have turds like dogs.
