I'm a brunette, I wanna go bleach blonde. If I can't afford a salon, should I even do it?
I'm a brunette, I wanna go bleach blonde. If I can't afford a salon, should I even do it? I've read that my hair will turn orange if I dye it myself. I'm a light brunette, bordering on dark blonde and I wish to be white, Gwen Stefani type blonde.
