Should Vince Unify IC Championship and US Championship?

It could help. Unifying the tag titles has helped them a bit... They still need more tag teams though. Any way, back to unifying these two would probably benefit the midcard. It would add some excitement. But they really should get rid of the brand split first, that would help the most.
