Villain costume ideas?

My school's sadie hawkins dance week is coming up and we have different themes for each day of the week. Monday is Villain day. We can dress up as any villain. I do go to a christian school though so they must not be inappropriate. I want to be a villain no one else would be. For instance, a lot of people will be the joker/darth vader and other such popular villains. I need ideas for villains people will know, and will be fun to dress up as, but are not overly used. I'm a sixteen year old guy. Can anyone help?
