What are internet options in the boonies?

i live off a dirt road and currently do not have access to cable or fiber optic internet, my question is what are my options? i have tried hughes net and its a joke.. also have tried sprint air card and it is ok but not fast enough for what a want to do.. (play WoW). if there are any services that are really good and can get anywhere please let me know
