When is NASA planning..?

Has NASA set a date on when they plan on returning to the moon? Or have they set on a date on a manned mission to mars, or probes to Europa. I don't need any answers telling me about how its useless to go back to the moon, I'm just curious because I read somewhere that NASA plans on returning to the moon by 2020.
