Will my income under an LLC hurt my husband's unemployment if he were an LLC member?

I have worked as a consultant under my own name for a couple years. Multiple people have told me to get an LLC for myself. My husband is currently out of work and collecting unemployment. We are thinking of forming an LLC together in case he can pick up some consulting work as well. We know his income has to be reported for his unemployment. But would my income under a new LLC together hurt him?
